Jack , formerly known as boyfriend and I met humane society Pittsburgh last Saturday at the Pet Expo . I saw a picture of him online and groom and I wanted to check. After talking to HIPS , they informed us that they would be at the Expo , so the boyfriend and I went downstairs to check things out. As my luck would have it , when we arrived, "Buddy" I was adopted by another family. Disappointed, humane society Pittsburgh we decided to explore the Expo and then go to the Humane Society to see other furry friends who need a home.
First Impressions - What beautiful facility ! I volunteered in shelters and worked with animals for years ... Most installations smell good, pee or poop . This step. It was well lit humane society Pittsburgh. He was bright and welcoming. It has inspired you to explore! Upon entering, we asked where we could leave the dogs for adoption. The beautiful girl on reception gave us the direction. Once we opened the door, the " greeter " aka " puppy in front of the door, " barked . We welcome and explore all cabins for our potential new humane society Pittsburgh friends. As fate would have it one of the volunteers found us and said boyfriend had returned from the Expo and was released from his control. He was able to take . Shortly after , Buddy came home with us and Jack was made.
HIPS staff were just wonderful . They do not want to go to all the animals ... The animals want to go into the houses on the humane society Pittsburgh right. They really for animals entering the foster home . You can see in the facility , staff, cats, dogs, rabbits ... And all indications are that the Western PA Humane Society is a quality establishment. I will always be thankful for my furry boy , Jack. If you can volunteer , donate or raise money for the homeless killing , I suggest you do . I know I will be :)
